Southern
Cross is a solo practice focussing on patent rights. For other IP
rights, it works closely with associate practitioners and firms
who each are specialized and are expert in their own areas (such
as trade marks, litigation, etc.)
Southern Cross comprises a practice covering fields where engineering
meets biology, chemistry and physics. In recent years, its practitioner,
Bipin Taneja, has also done considerable work on inventions relating
to mechanical engineering and to IT & software. Click on

in recent years.
For
other scientific & technical fields, prospective clients are
referred to other practitioners. If appropriate, expertise is hired-in
from external patent attorneys and from academics and other technical
experts, either individuals or with groups at Delft University of
Technology.
Credentials
