Each client organisation has its own particular needs and wants. Each client organisation also has its own particular resources in terms of staff and capacities that are available. Southern Cross provides professional services on an interim basis and on site, e.g. when a staff member is on leave in case of maternity or a lengthy illness. Part-time appointments are also possible.
